Time to Check In

A guided journal to stop overwhelm and build emotional resilience.

Life can feel overwhelming when emotions go unprocessed, leaving us vulnerable to stress and self-doubt. Time to Check In is a therapeutic journal designed to be a safe companion on your journey of self-discovery. With guided reflections, thought-provoking prompts, and practical tools such as a feelings chart, self-care assessment, and strengths exploration, it helps you notice patterns, catch stress early, and build resilience with compassion.

A stack of three books, with the top book titled "Time to Check In" by Victoria C. Neil, featuring illustrations of hands writing and holding a phone, and a warm color palette of yellows, beiges, and muted greens.

Over the years, I have found that many clients greatly benefit from journalling. However, it became clear that for some, having a more focused idea of what to reflect on was especially helpful in their journey towards emotional regulation and greater self-awareness.

I created this journal with the hope that you too will find it a valuable reflection tool, or a supportive accompaniment during your therapy.
